Hernshead Group, a collective of recruitment and creative companies founded by Tom Johnson & Lord Alan Sugar including Hernshead Recruitment, Harlow Recruitment, Skiez Recruitment, and Baluna Creative, allowed us to unify their digital platforms through cutting-edge UX design. The goal was to enhance usability, streamline operations, and create a cohesive online presence across their diverse businesses.
We conducted a comprehensive analysis of each subsidiary’s needs, identifying common user behaviors and pain points. Leveraging this data, we designed user-friendly, intuitive interfaces tailored to each company’s specific audience. For the recruitment entities—Hernshead Recruitment, Harlow Recruitment, and Skiez Recruitment—we prioritized efficient job search tools, seamless navigation, and a consistent branding framework. For Baluna Creative, a video production company, we developed a visually engaging platform that showcased their portfolio while ensuring an effortless user experience.
